1. The Goods

All the pieces you find on our website are one-of-a-kind, second-hand items, some even qualifying as antiques thanks to their age. These beauties mostly come from the 1950s to 1990s, so expect a little character and history in every piece. While we describe them as being in 'excellent condition,' remember, they're vintage! Expect some quirks and signs of love from the past, which only adds to their charm.

If there's any damage or something you need to know about, we'll say so right upfront in the product description. However, keep in mind that vintage items, especially electronics, might not meet today's standards, and it's up to you to check that everything's good to go on your end. We're not responsible for any mischief caused by outdated wiring or misuse, so keep that in mind.

Oh, and about those photos you see? They're for your viewing pleasure but aren't 100% contractually binding. We do our very best to show you every angle and detail, but the colors might look a little different in real life, depending on your screen. And if you see a beautifully staged scene, just know the price is for the featured item only.

2. Offers

We like to keep things exciting! That means the offers on our site can change up until the moment you give us your official written acceptance. We're not responsible for any tweaks made before you seal the deal.

3. Placing an Order

Once you hit that 'Buy' button, we'll send you an email to confirm your order—your items are officially on hold just for you! Within 2 business days, you'll receive a pro-forma with all the details. If you requested a shipping quote at checkout, we'll include a personalized offer for your preferred method.

Just a heads-up: we do reserve the right to say 'no thanks' to an order if there are supply issues or, let's say, a complicated purchase history.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT/TVA, so what you see is what you get—no hidden surprises! However, VAT isn't deductible, and shipping costs are on you. We spell everything out for you in a pro-forma, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

5. Payment

You'll be charged the amount listed on your invoice. An email with all the details and payment instructions—whether you prefer bank transfer or PayPal, will be right in your inbox. You have 7 working days to complete your payment. As soon as that payment is confirmed, your ordered item(s) will be off on their grand adventure to you!

Just a friendly reminder: those items are still part of our family until the payment is fully processed. If we don't receive payment within the given time, your order will be automatically canceled.

6. Storage

Need us to hold onto your treasures for a while? We can arrange storage at a cost we'll agree on beforehand. Just a heads-up: we aren't responsible if anything happens to your items while they're hanging out in storage.

7. Deliveries

Your goods will be sent straight to the address you provide, so double-check those details! We can't be held responsible if the carrier has a hiccup and delivery takes longer than expected. 

When your package arrives, take a close look to ensure everything is in order. If you spot any issues, make sure to note them on the carrier's delivery form that same day. If you miss the opportunity, we can't handle claims later, so be sure to act fast!

8. Force Majeure

If something big and unexpected (like a natural disaster) throws a wrench in things, we can't be held responsible for delays. It's what we call a 'force majeure'.

9. Right to Retract

If your purchase isn't quite what you hoped for, no worries—we're happy to offer a refund. Just let us know within 5 days of receiving your item(s), and we'll get things sorted. To process the refund, we'll need the items back in the same perfect condition they left us in. And keep in mind that shipping and packing costs are non-refundable, and if you send something back, the return shipping is on you.

10. Litigation

If we ever run into a bump in the road, we'll handle things under Belgian law. Our responsibility is limited to the total amount of your order, and before heading to court, let's chat first to see if we can work things out amicably.

11. Legal Information

We take your privacy seriously. The info we collect is only for processing your order and making sure it gets to you safely. We promise to keep it confidential and won't sell your details. You have the right to update or delete your personal info whenever you like.

12. Intellectual Property
